1. How do I sign up for email updates from Silverlit brands?
To sign up for updates or to access your subscriber preferences, please fill in your email address in the pop up box or a sign up form will be provided at the bottom of page and follow the instructions on the next page. Your email address will not be sold or given to any third parties, nor will silverlit.fr. use it for any reason other than to keep you informed about information and product offers. We encourage you to review our privacy policy for more information. We collect information: that you share voluntarily; to complete a transaction; and automatically. Please see the ABOUT COOKIES AND TECHNOLOGY section for more information on the technologies used to collect your information automatically.
2. How do I unsubscribe?
You can cancel your recurring subscription anytime. You can always find a link at the bottom of each newsletter or email from Silverlit to unsubscribe. Please note: selecting “Unsubscribe” in the bottom of any email from Silverlit will remove you from all emails and promotions from Silverlit.
3. How do I find a local retailer for the product I’m searching for?
All you need to do is click FIND AT RETAIL to see which retailer has the item in stock. If not, sign up on our newsletters, we will update you when the stock is available again.
4. How can I contact Customer Service?
We have a whole team of talented Silverlit experts ready to answer questions and help fix it if something’s gone wrong. If you need some info, get in touch! You can contact us by sending us an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible. For order and payment issues, it’s best to call us as we can’t take payment info over chat or email.
5. Having trouble finding an item?
Use the search box at the top of the homepage to locate the product you are looking for. Once you find it, click on it to view product attributes If you still have questions, please contact our customer service team.
6. Is it possible to repair a defective product?

Registration, Sign-In Related
1. How do I become a member?
To become a member, you need to be registered as a silverlit member. Sign up online or in-store. You will get the lastest informtation on the newest products, promotions, sales, contests, in-store events and more from Silverlit.
2. What to do if i have not received my account opening code Silverlit?
During the creation process, if you have never created an account before, you must receive an email containing an opening code. If this is not the case but you receive an email saying that someone is trying to log in to your account, it means that the silverlit parent account has already been created with this email address. You must therefore login to an existing account by filling in your email and password. If you do not know your password, in order to perform a new password reset, we invite you to click on this link and add any content to the cart. A window will appear, you can click on “forgotten password” to receive a reset link on your mailbox. A new password will be sent to you by email. Warning: this mail may be able to found in your Spams. If the problem persists, we invite you to contact us via our form.On the My Account page, select the “Forgot Password?” link. You will be given instructions and asked to enter your e-mail address. Please do not call Customer Service to obtain your username or password. They can only be obtained through the website using the “Forgot your username or password?” link.
3. How do I change the registration information?
You can change your registration by clicking on “My Account” from the homepage. Log in and change any information you wish — your log-in name, password, etc. At this time, registration information cannot be deleted online, only updated; please call Customer Service to have your information deleted.
4. Why do I need a password when I register at the online store?
Your password is an extra level of security for the private information you give us.
5. What do I do if I forgot my password?
On the My Account page, select the “Forgot Password?” link. You will be given instructions and asked to enter your e-mail address. Please do not call Customer Service to obtain your username or password. They can only be obtained through the website using the “Forgot your username or password?” link.
6. My Silverlit account is blocked after unsuccessful login attempts. How to unlock it?
Once the account is blocked, you must reconnect again with your credentials. You will immediately receive an email (on the registered address for your parent account) with a link to unlock your account.
7. How do I log out of my account?
Be sure to click the “log out” link in the upper-right corner of the My Account page.

  1. Click the customize icon and control Google Chrome at the top right of the navigation bar

To Order
1. How do I order?

To place your order, here are the different steps that you will have to go through:

  1. Select your products
    To find the toys you are looking for, you can navigate to the home page, or from among the toy categories, or go to “Gift > Toy Finder” at the top of the site, or type the name of the product in the search bar.
  2. Add products to the cart
    To put the product in your basket, go to the detailed page of the product, and click on the “Add to cart” button.
  3. Go to your shopping cart
    To access your shopping cart, click on “My shopping cart” at the top right. Then check out by clicking on “Check Out”.
  4. Check out
    – Sign in with an email address and password, or buy by creating an account, or buy without creating an account;
    – Fill in your delivery address
    – Choose the payment method and proceed to secure payment. Do not forget to accept the Terms and Conditions by ticking the box.
2. Do I need to create an account to place an order?

4. How do I get a refund?

Any customers who placed an order from our official e-commerce store (http://ww.silverlit.com) have the right to return its product(s) within the 14 calendar days (from the day at which the product has been delivered) without any justification – according to the article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code.

Incomplete or damaged items will not be reimbursed nor exchanged. Also, returns will not be accepted if the products are not in their original packaging.

To return any products, you should fill in the return form which is in the box you received or download from our website (LINK), ship the products together with the return form back to us.

Creating a return form model (need to cross check with DSV any info they need from their side in this form)

You should pay the return of your products and send them back within the 14 days following the receipt of your order.

Upon receipt of your products, we will make a reimbursement of the price of your product(s), excluding the return delivery cost that you paid, within the 14 calendar days (at latest) following the receipt of your product(s).

The reimbursement will be made on the debit card you used to make your order.

1. How to operate OP One to hold items?
The OP One robot’s hands allow manually to open or close. This function is manual, but the robot is motorized on the neck, head, elbows and shoulders.
2. Is it possible to play Robo Kombat alone?
Yes, you can practice by battling with training bot or A.I. mode.
3. Is it possible to move the ROBO KOMBAT without hitting?
You can press left / right button to move the ROBO KOMBAT.
4. How to activate A.I. mode of Robo Kombat?
  1. Select the Robot you want to control, switch “ON” the Robot and its controller. (Press any key on the controller)
  2. Select another Robot to be your opponent, switch “ON” the Robot and its controller.
  3. Control your Robot to attack your opponent (controlled by computer), your opponent will defense/attack automatically.

* One player can play with a maximum of 3 opponents (controlled by computer) at the same time.

5. Can macrobot interact with mazebreaker?
Yes, they can sync with your own recordings and dance together.
6. How to set up challenge mode of robo kombat?
Switch on one robot that you’ll control and then switch on another robot which is your opponent (do not press any buttons on your opponent’s controller if you want to play challenge mode). After around 10 seconds your opponent will start punching automatically and you can control your own robot to start fighting too.
7. Pokibot jiggle on the spot and make robotic voice but doesn’t respond to claps
Normally pokibots won’t listen to other user commands when they are performing different actions. You have to wait until they are idle (not doing anything), in order to receive any user commands. Tips: Instead of clapping, try use a pen to knock gently on pokibot’s head to dance, repeat recordings and group dance, if it works that means the toy is fine. Sometimes clapping maybe interfered, hence affecting the actual performance.

You can use the same remote control to take control of the mini flip.
2. How long does the RC car run?

3. How to resolve if the vehicle runs slowly erratically or does not run?
Switch on the power ,check the battery polarity and connection. Replace them with new ones. Carefully remove the foreign materials.
4. How to transform the Aquajet / Mini Aquajet to boat or a 4×4?
Press the button it will able to transform between Boat and 4×4 mode.
5. Which RC cars are able to drive with both sides?
The cars with double-sided body like 360 mini flip, 360 Tornado Spheric, 360 Tornadom, Storm, Revolt, etc

1. How do Tiny Furries & MAMA Furry record messages?
Press the mouth button twice in 1 second to record a message. After recording, press the button once and it will repeat the message.
2. How to turn on / off Tiny Furries?
To turn on / off Tiny Fuuries : Press its Mouth Button 2 seconds.
3. How to synchronize Tiny Furries to Choir Mode?
  1. Place my furries friends approximately 40cm around me. Make sure the environment is quiet and we are facing each other. 
  2. Press my Mouth Button thrice within 1 second. Pairing is completed after the connecting rhythm.
  3. When we are connected, we will start to chat immediately and then sing a song. 
  4. Enjoy the same interactions with me as in solo mode. Together with my friends, I will chat, sing, laugh…and more!

* Tips: If you cannot connect any of the Tiny Furries, press me thrice again. Please make sure the environment is quiet without disturbing sound and we are facing each other.  

Standby mode: If you lay me idle for 15 seconds, I will make a short sound to catch your attention. 

4. How to replace the battery of Tiny Furries?
Trns the Tiny Furries counter clockwise to remove it from the shell- with correct polarity. Open the battery compartment: loosen the screw by turning counter clockwise with a screwdriver Insert 3 x AG13/LR44 batteries in the battery compartment
5. Is there an age limitation?
It suitables for aged 3+

1. How to replace the batteries of blasters and M.A.D. target?
  1. Open the battery compartment: loosen the screw by turning counter clockwise with a Philips screwdriver.
  2. Insert 3 AAA batteries in the battery compartment with correct polarity.
  3. Close the battery compartment: tighten the screw by turning clockwise with a Philips screwdriver.
2. Where is the on /off button of blasters?
There’s no on / off button, you are ready to play once install the batteries.
3. How to fix the target on a T-shirt?
  1. Twist off the MAD target back cover
  2. Put the target on the T-shirt
  3. Twist the cover under the T-shirt
4. Can we play with multiple players?
Yes, you can play with unlimited number of players for Lazer battle.
5. Do the blasters produce lasers?
The light beams cannot be seen. Images enhanced for visual purpose only.
6. Can we play with Lazer MAD outside with daylight?
Yes, you can play outdoor with daylight.
7. Is it possible to turn down the volume?
There’s no volume buttons.

Yes, all spinners and blasters are interchangeable.

You can collect them in Deluxe battle pack or spinner pack randomly.

There are 20 spinners in total, 8 LED spinners and 12 non-LED spinners.
4. How to turn off the LED light of LED spinner?
It auto turns off after 10s.
5. Can I change the tips of Spinners?
No, the tips are unchangeable.
6. Are there any age limits for playing Spinner MAD?
It suitables for aged 5+.
